De oprichter van IT-bedrijf Budget IT is al 16 jaar actief in de ICT-sector in Nederland. Hij merkte dat IT-bedrijven in Nederland te hoge prijzen rekenen. De kosten voor het inhuren van softwareontwikkelaars in Nederland stijgen, wat het IT-budget van bedrijven opdrijft.
Deze factoren stimuleerden hem om zijn eigen bedrijf te starten om bedrijven in Nederland te helpen software tegen lagere kosten te ontwikkelen.
